• CacheFly Object Storage Goes Full Production

We have new, nvme based, Managed Object Storage in service as of now! We have been offering object storage on a case-by-case basis for years, and for the past few months we have been testing our new enterprise-managed object storage product. It has proven itself to be able to handle the most complex storage scenarios, such as millions of small objects and the performance associated with it.

• Reseller Portal Updates

We are continuing to add more portal and API features for our growing list of resellers and partners. It is now easier to enable new options for child accounts.

• Reworked Menu System in Portal

As we grow the number of features that are usable inside our Portal, we have improved our menu navigation. With this update in December, options are grouped inside categories, such as Delivery, Caching, Security, etc.

• New PoP in Ohio – CMH

As the fasted CDN in the world, tested and verified by Cedexis, we are always looking to deliver bits faster and closer to the eyeballs. As of December, CMH is part of our network, and you will see it featured in all of our reporting and logs.

• CacheFly Joins the Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA)

CacheFly is honored to join the Streaming Video Technology Alliance, reflecting our enduring dedication to innovation in content delivery. As pioneers in content delivery networks, we are excited to collaborate with industry leaders and many of our clients to redefine the possibilities in streaming video. We aim to set new benchmarks for quality and performance in this rapidly evolving space by focusing on decreasing latency, increase throughput speed, improving cache ratios – resulting in faster startup time, less rebuffering, and higher average bitrate. We look forward to connecting at 2025 industry events.

We also wanted to give thanks, once again, to all of our customers for supporting us and giving us ideas on new features and products. We have a large slate of exciting releases planned for this year so stayed tuned for our regular updates.
